Photograms and Colour Experimentation

My bed is my personal canvas, my narratives are expressed through hobbies and obsessions intertwined with personal culture and religion.

With vibrant interactions of colour, joviality and disarray, my work will capture dynamic scenes and playful compositions that could potentially celebrate the chaotic beauty of my own life and interests, demonstrating how these elements can evoke emotions and inspire thought.

Experimenting with acetates in the colour darkroom; layering and manipulating images to enhance the vividness and complexity of my obsessions, this project aims to challenge conventional insight of beauty by embracing the impulsiveness and unpredictable characteristics in colour imaging, mixing analogue and digital photography. By inviting viewers of all ages to experience the joy and chaos of creation through the lens of my personal identity, I aim to show a fresh perspective on personal expression, challenge the boundaries of conventional photography, and inspire a deeper connection with the unpredictable beauty of life.
